Booking & Payments

• Booking does not confirm final allotment until the payment schedule is honored in full.
• Terms related to refunds, cancellations, and delays will be governed by individual agreement terms.
• Aspire Group reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of payment default.

Limitation of Liability

Aspire Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Delays due to force majeure or external factors beyond control.

All legal matters shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
